The Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the design phase on complex client projects, translating brand strategies into intuitive and captivating user interfaces. This role requires strong conceptual skills, deep expertise in user experience principles, and a portfolio that demonstrates visual innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of high-fidelity prototypes and final UI designs.
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our studio’s creative culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within an agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Proven ability to deliver projects that are aesthetically outstanding and conversion-optimized.
